The closer arm on our door is bent. What causes that?
The door was opened past its limit, usually by wind catching it or by someone pushing it hard against a wall. Replacing the arm without adding an overhead stop just means it happens again.
My door does not close all the way. What is going on?
Either the closing force is too low, or the door is dragging on the frame in the last few inches. In Red Bay we see the second one often, because a frame that has moved makes a good closer look weak.
Our fire door is propped open. Is that a problem?
